But you are going to need to monitor your GPU temps. I see that you are hitting a max 82 degrees C, makes sense as GPUs require more volts. You just overclocked the card and that means more volts, power consumption, more heat and shorter lifespan.
If you want to leave the card like that my advice is as HH said: For reference cards I'd say it is not an issue. However going from Sapphire to the ASUS boards which are extremely customized and tweaked specifically. Again I cannot advise people trying to do it.
