Virgin Mobile Mc760 Driver Download Windows 10 Install Update
I found a blog that provided the correct solution. I followed the instructions and it worked for me, and many others according to the posts. Please verify this for Windows users and post in this more visible forum. Solution was to pull installation files from modem. Virgin Mobile offers no product support on its site. Remove the USB modem. Driver package will auto install. Did this solve your problem? Sorry this didn't help.
Thanks very much for the advise - I was having a difficult time as well and after two calls to tech support, was going to figure it out on my own, or return it. Over the weekend Virgin Mobile went down but the message I was receiving was that there was an issue with my device. So of course I uninstalled so I can reinstall but had the same issue about the drivers not installing.
This was the solution. Just need to make sure you uninstall everything you may have downloaded to try to fix this problem and install the LiteAuto once this installs your device will work. What a life saver! Thanks so much for posting this! Virgin Mobile really needs to give this information out, because they were directing my in a whole other direction.
There solution was to buy another device! I just purchased the Virgin Mobile Broadband2Go, while it is supposed to be a plug and play, I was getting this message: Instala o configura un producto. Establece el nivel de interfaz del usuario. Pide al usuario que reinicie el equipo si fuera necesario. Quita las actualizaciones de un producto.
I tried with tech support, and after 1hr they told me the devise was damaged! I got a new one and did the same. After I followed the procedure described here, I was able to make the software run and identify the devise.
Does anybody know exactly what fixed the problem? Was the language change or the drivers? Did you try following the Blog instructions and the drivers mentioned at the beginning of this page? I will come back tomorrow after I get home and try this method If this works it will seem surreal. They seem to have left things out on purpose to limit my services.. The machine itself is totally awesome, It picks up wifi, but always comes up 'cannot display' Other then these four things, this is the best computer iv'e used..
I love it's format I am determined to fix these things.. My guess is virgin mobile is having problems configuring to different manufacturers because there are so many and they control marketing I think verizon bugged my system to not accept other services and now I am not using them anymore and I have a hard time with everything Well I will be back with my praise or my disappointment Yhanks for the advice..

Download speeds here in smalltown Missouri are very decent: John requested some ping and latency info. I tried SC2 and it played very nicely. I opened a couple simultaneous RDC connections and they were usable. When that happened I switched back to my Verizon originally Alltel unlimited account. At some point later I believe Virgin mobile further reduced the monthly download limit to approximately 2.
